JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika on compassionate ground as her mother-in-law died
Patna High Court CWJC No.24508 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 during harness and she is eligible for appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika on contractual basis. ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Anganbari Sevika on contractual basis on the ground that her mother-in-law died during harness while she was working as Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre No.2, Anganbari Centre Magaha, Gram Panchayat Raj Gidaha, Block Fulwaria, DistrictGopalganj iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to dispose off the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order so that the petitioner's grievances might be redressed for her appointment on compassionate ground on the post of Anganbari Sevika."
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
