The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 341, 323, 325, 353, 216, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, when the police personnel went to apprehend one Ramadhar Ram, the co-accused including the petitioner resisted Ramadhar Ram and made assault to the police party.

It is contended that about five accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide Annexure 3. One of the co-accused, Bhola Ram @ Bhola Kumar Ram was not granted anticipatory bail in view of his antecedent. Petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58395 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2 / 2 claims that his antecedent is clean and he is a constable. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Guthani P.S. Case No.119 of 2015, the above named petitioner, Rampravesh Ram shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
