On 10.08.2018, the Court had granted one week further time to the petitioner to file affidavit in terms of jointness of opposite party no. 2 with the brother, failing which the application was to stand dismissed against the concerned opposite party without further reference to the Bench. The same not being complied with, the application has stood dismissed against the opposite party no. 2 on 17.08.2018.

3. As the case relates to allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner by the opposite party no. 2, who is the wife of the petitioner and the Court directing for making the wife as
