JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2023 This application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. vide Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 470 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341,l 323, 500, 406, 420, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 have jointly submitted that the grievance of both the parties have been settled and the flat with parking area has been registered in the name of opposite party no.2.

In view of settlement between the parties, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the F.I.R. vide Rupaspur P.S. Case No.470 of 2022 and all other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30513 of 2023(3) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid F.I.R. are hereby quashed in the interest of justice.
