2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No.23 of 2023, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 16.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66335 of 2023 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in January, 2024 in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Addl. JudgeII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No.23 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
