A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. It has been contended in paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit that the Officer-in-Charge of the Town Police Station has already submitted supplementary charge sheet no. 450 of 2014 against the petitioner and two others on 14th November, 2014.
