2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from the statement of the victim girl it will appear that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship and the victim girl has left her house on her own.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 2.3.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah / concerned Court below in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024.
