In 2013, the F.I.R. being Sono P.S. Case No. 50 of 2013 was lodged by the informant under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown. In course of investigation, the complicity of the petitioner transpired. Now the present application for anticipatory bail.

Mr. Mahto, after making submissions at some length, states that the petitioner would surrender and pray for regular bail. As prayed, the application is permitted to be withdrawn.
