Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the fact that no specific direction was given by this Court in the connection writ application, the grievance of the petitioner that no order has been passed on the representation at least would not constitute any contempt on the part of the authorities.

That being so, this application is wholly misconceived, ill advised and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
