The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati (O.P. Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 30 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
