In the show cause, filed on behalf of the District Provident Fund Officer, Munger, it has specifically been pleaded at paragraph-6 that the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and in support of the aforesaid pleading, Annexure-B of the aforesaid show cause, has been annexed which shows that the authority slip for Rs. 7,75,387/- was issued vide letter No. 780 dated 09-10-2009
Patna High Court MJC No.3595 of 2014 (4) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 and subsequent thereto, letter of authority for Rs. 50128/- was issued vide letter No. 5591 dated 20-11-2014 for the period 1977-78 to 31-10-1980.
It appears from the aforesaid pleading that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and accordingly, this petition stands disposed off. However, if petitioner still feels any grievance, he may approach the concerned authorities for redressal of his grievance.
