JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Bankatwa, East Champaran i.e. the respondent no. 7 to dispose off the pending Encroachment case no. 28 of 2020-21.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.11791 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 no. 7 to finally dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 28 of 2020-21, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affect parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
