JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/498A/307/313/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is husband of the informant Mansi. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. It appears that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and a compromise petition has been filed before the learned Court-below. A copy of the same has been brought on record with supplementary affidavit.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.55318 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/Successor Court in connection with Patrakar Nagar Police Station Case No.336 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
