The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ujiarpur P. S. Case No. 93 of 2016 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner killed his wife due to non-fulfilment of demand of motorcycle in dowry and the post-mortem report corroborates the allegation as the doctor has opined that death was caused due to asphyxia resulting from strangulation and there was hundred percent burn injury, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
