JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 04.08.2014, passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan in Case no. 414 of 2014 (Ajay Kumar Tripathi v. Pankaj Kumar and others), however, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, has informed this Court that the petitioner has died during the pendency of the present writ petition, hence, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18256 of 2014(3) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 present petition has been rendered otiose. Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the aggrieved persons, if any, to agitate their grievances, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
