A mandamus commanding the respondents to remove encroachment of public road situated in village-Saharghatt in the district of Madhubani over khata no. 2530, plot no.

11156, area 2 decimals."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Court of Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Benipatti, District-Madhubani, has passed an order

Patna High Court CWJC No.19718 of 2015(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 dated 14.11.2011 in Case No. 65/2011-12, regarding removal of encroachment in question, however, till date, the encroachment has not been removed.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner approach the Circle Officer, Madhwapur, P.S.-Madhwapur, DistrictMadhubani for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
