Patna High Court CWJC No.24374 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 writ/writs, direction/ directions, order/orders for commanding the Respondents for payment of salary from 8-9-1999 and payment of salary from 13-042007 to 24-04-2009, 29-05- 2009 to 31-05-2009 and pay leave salary for the period from 17-05-2005 to 01-06-2005, 25-04-2009 to 28-05-2009, 25% suspension allowance, salary from 29-05-2010 to 28-12-2011 and pay arrear of salary from January 2012 to February 2012 and pay of arrear of increment and up to date salary from May 2005 to November 2013 to the petitioner."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, in case of any subsisting grievances.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
