JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to confirm the ad-hoc promotion granted to the petitioner on the post of Professor with effect from the date, the petitioner has been given the said ad-hoc promotion. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today, whereafter the respondent no. 2 shall take a final decision in the matter and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
