2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. All the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped 17 years old daughter of the informant.

4. Victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has stated that she is 18 years old and on 10.3.2023 she voluntarily solemnized marriage with son of petitioner no.1 in Jama Masjid,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29597 of 2023(3) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 Ruauli. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Pasraha Police Station Case No. 200 of 2022, GR No.3017 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
