The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case no. 43 of 2017, registered under Sections 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that both the petitioners being the headmaster of the schools withdraw Rs. 1,36,987/- and Rs. 1,33,556/-, respectively, for the construction of schools building, but both the petitioners misappropriated the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners have deposited the aforesaid amount on 06.07.2017 and 15.07.2017, which would appear from Annexure-3 and 4 of the supplementary affidavit.
