The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 363 & 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Minor daughter of the informant is said to have been kidnapped by Vicky who later on telephoned him about performing marriage with his daughter. He also informed him that he has absconded with consent of his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no

The petitioners are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case with ulterior motive to mount pressure upon them. Petitioner no.1 happens to be aunt, petitioner no.2 is cousin brother and petitioner nos.3 & 4 are relatives of the Vicky and have no concern with day to day affairs of Vicky. They are not family members of the Vicky and they have no role in the aforesaid occurrence. Moreover, there is no overt act attributed to the petitioners in the F.I.R. They have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No.16 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
