The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.783 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 427, 447, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From the ferdbeyan itself, it appears that there was quarrel between the informant and the accused persons and for which specific allegation are leveled against Aftab Nazir Ansari and others. There is no allegation against the petitioner.

No.13782 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.783 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
