JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Though in the present case the recognition of the petitioner college for the B.Ed. course for the Session 2019-21 had been withdrawn but during the interregnum period i.e. during the pendency of the present writ petition, the N.C.T.E. has thought it proper to issue show cause notice to the petitioner college and seek their response prior to proceeding further with regard to cancellation of the recognition of the petitioner college.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7427 of 2019(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment there is no cause of action, hence he does not wish to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty to approach this Court again in case any adverse order is passed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
