====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49965 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 31.03.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27073 of 2022(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 120 of 2020, subject to the condition that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons.
