23-02-2015 It has jointly been prayed to refer this matter to the Bihar Land Tribunal constituted under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. It was submitted that the dispute relates to the provisions of The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under Section-9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11799 of 2008 (4) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal Forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
