In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.17 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the record, it appears that both sides have attacked on each other and both sides have received injuries. From the case diary, it appears that it was a momentous fight. Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners, namely, Ashok Sah, Sikendra Sah and Anirudh Sah be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or
