The issue raised in the these writ petitions is no more res integra as the Apex Court has already decided the issue in
Patna High Court CWJC No.7 of 2010(3) dt.26-07-2018 3/3 the case of Jagdish Prasad Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2013(8) SCC 633.
In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the entitlement of the petitioners considering the age of superannuation as 65 years in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in Jagdish Prasad Sharma(Supra) within a maximum period of four months.
With the aforesaid, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
