JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 The petitioner prays for payment of statutory and penal interest on the retiral dues of her husband which has admittedly been paid pursuant to the order dated 02.5.2013 passed by a Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 23411 of 2012.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that this Court while disposing of the claim of the petitioner for payment of retiral benefits vide order passed in CWJC No. 23411 of 2012 did not issue any direction for payment of the interest, sitting in coordinate jurisdiction any order on the said claim would amount to review.

The writ petition is disposed of.
