Petitioner seeks bail in Chawk (Patna City) P.S. Case No.97 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 290, 272, 273/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that petitioner was arrested while trying to purchase illicit liquor as alleged in the written report. It is mentioned that petitioner was found in drunken state. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2019 having clean antecedents.
