This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 366A, 363, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The first information report relates to kidnapping and rape committed against Deepa Kumari. The first information report as well as statement of the victim girl reveals that the allegation is against Rajesh Kumar Pandey. The petitioners relations of Rajesh Kumar Pandey and they are females. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Spl. Case No. 33 of 2016 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 293 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional
