JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Baruni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2012, dated 19.07.2012, which has been registered under Sections 407, 409 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2012 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58264 of 2015(2) dt.09-09-2020 2/2 must have been completed by now.

In case, the investigation is not complete, the same ought to be completed within a period of three months from today.

In case the charge-sheet has been submitted and cognizance has been taken, the petitioner would have the liberty to avail of the remedies to which he is entitled. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed off.
