JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Economic Offence Police Station Case No. 38 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 474, 403, 406, 420, 383, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was running an advertisement company and, as a matter of fact, in good faith, petitioner recommended the advertisement for publication and gave his phone number but in advertisement, the phone number of other persons were published and the petitioner has been made accused in this case only because of his recommendation for publication of the aforesaid advertisement. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.42911 of 2016 (5) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Economic Offence Police Station Case no. 38 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
