Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute and enmity. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or
