The petitioner is a member of the respondent Budha Grih Nirman Sahyog Samiti and is stated to have filed a dispute under Section 48 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 before the respondent-Registrar vide case no. 164 of 2011. Unfortunately, it is stated, the said proceeding has not been considered and disposed of. The writ petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent Registrar to dispose of the aforesaid case in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25359 of 2013 (2) dt.21-07-2016 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after hearing both the parties, the writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent -Registrar to dispose of the case no. 164 of 2011 stated to be pending on his file, if not already disposed of, as quickly as possible preferably within 05 weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
