19-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 181/2017 registered under Sections 447, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against these petitioners are that they are armed with lathi and danda had been protesting and raising slogan against the administration in course of removing the encroachment. These petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State is present.

In the facts and circumstances considering that some of co-accused have been granted privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6922 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 anticipatory bail by the court below itself and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Gopalganj, in connection with Vijaipur P.S.
