The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 registered under Sections 376, 313, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that in the present case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of four months of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28880 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
