For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders/direction/directions directing the respondents to allow benefits of Assured Career Progression as well at 7th pay commission allowances as such the petitioner had joined his service dated 16.07.1966 and retired on 31.5.2004 from the post of Animal Husbandary Assistant at Kritrim Garvadhan Kendra Gonpura Masaurhi, Patna but he had not allowed benefits of Assured career Progression and 7th Pay commission allowances."

Patna High Court CWJC No.11973 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
