That the writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to settle/allot a piece of land measuring 20 dec. each for construction of school building running in the open sky namely

Patna High Court CWJC No.19090 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 Government Primary (Urdu) school and Madarsa Usmania Nurul Ulum both situated in village Dumara within Dumara Anchal in the district of Sitamarhi.

Further the respondents may be directed to construct building henceforth after allotment of land considering the safety, health and other purposes of the pupils of the school mentioned here in before."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
