====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the departmental authorities for having not published the result of the departmental examination held on 12.03.2019 for promotion from the post of Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant.

3. In view of the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education

Patna High Court CWJC No.11956 of 2021(3) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 Department, Government of Bihar for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. In case, such representation is filed, the Additional Chief Secretary is directed to verify whether the result has been published and the petitioner can be considered for promotion in case he is found successful in the said examination without delay.

5. The representation is directed to be disposed of after informing the petitioner on the address mentioned in the present writ petition so that the petitioner may also get opportunity to place his case, in case he is going to be adversely affected.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
