Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order date 10.01.2023 passed in Session Trial No. 557 of 2022 arising out of Kopa P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022 whereby the learned court dismissed the application of the petitioner filed under section 227 of Cr.P.C.
