The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case no. 238 of 2018 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have got the job of Sevika on the basis of forged certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. The certificate filed by the petitioner is not fake. Moreover, she has never joined the service of Sevika and withdrew any salary. Petitioner happens to be lady. She has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Birpur, Supaul in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case no. 238 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
