Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Amendment of Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2023 and there is recovery of 105.995 Ml. of foreign liquor.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27679 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise Court No. 02, Nalanda in Laheri P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023.
