That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order contained as Memo No. 345 dated 24.7.2014 issued by Child Development Project Officer, Dhamdaha District Purnea whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Anganwari Sevika posted at Anganwari Centre No. 75 Ram Nagar Mohana Tola Panchayat Rangpura South, District Purnea and by the same order Respondent No. 5 Sarojmani Devi has been reappointed on the post of Anganwari Savika at

Patna High Court CWJC No.15560 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 same Anganwari Centre and for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika after removing Respondent No. 5 and any other appropriate writ, order save and except in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
