JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 394 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they tortured and killed the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are the parents- in- law and allegation is of omnibus in nature and the victim died due to prolonged illness. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by order dated 17.01.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 52463 of 2016.

No.46113 of 2016 (4) dt.09-02-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town P.S.
