Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 326, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Parties are neighbours. There is case and counter case between them. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.28476 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
