2. The petitioner who apprehends arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024 lodged 15.12.2024, for the offences punishable under sections126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against a total of seven named and one unknown accused person. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he, in connivance with the other accused persons, unlawfully entered the house of the informant and committed robbery. It is further alleged that co-accused Rajeev Singh and Kamaldeo

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature, with no specific overt act attributed to him. The specific allegations of assault are directed against the co-accused and not the petitioner. It is further submitted that there exists a case and counter-case between the parties, as the petitioner's side has lodged Panapur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2024, while the informant's side has lodged the present case, Panapur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024. The petitioner's name has been falsely implicated in the present case due to village-level political rivalry. The petitioner has a clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ₹30000/- (thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to the satisfaction of the CJM, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024, subject
