JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.300 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 337 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the fact that a co-ordinate Bench has rejected the application of co-accused Darbari Rai, Manoj Rai and Ramesh Kumar, against whom there is more or less similar allegation to that of the petitioner, for pre-arrest bail vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57355 of 2015 (3) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 dated 12.1.2016 passed in CWJC no. 796 of 2016 as also the fact that after institution of the present case, the petitioners have been made accused in yet another case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is hereby rejected.
