The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. From seizure list it appears that recovery has been made near the house of Harendra Masala.

Petitioner is in custody since 2.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
