2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.111 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court but due to non-mentioning about some criminal antecedents his bail bonds was not accepted.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2024 and he has seven criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui/concerned Court below, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.111 of 2024.

7. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Jamui Police Station, Jamui on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
