JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Earlier petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 11.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.9057 of 2017. However, the present application has been filed for extension of time to surrender as it is stated that petitioner could not appear before the court because he had gone outside. Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the time and, accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, let petitioner surrender and make prayer for bail, which shall be considered by the court below without being prejudiced by this order.
